Tracking your animals either visually (ear tags) or electronically (EID tags) with a hand held or panel reader is a critical step in helping you manage the performance of your livestock. These readers work seamlessly with your Tru-Test weigh scales to provide the simple, reliable weighing and EID solution you’re looking for.

  • Unique auto tuning function to maximise the read performance and simplify reader setup
  • Simple plug and play setup
  • Beeper and bright LED show successful tag read and power
  • Unique dual antenna feature allows two antennas to operate with one reader. Increasing range up to 6 ft
  • Optional synchronisation model allows up to 5 readers to operate without interfering when their antennas are within 170 ft of each other
  • Standard communication interface connects to all Tru-Test indicators and other manufacturers' weigh scale indicators
  • Easy to install rugged cattle antenna
  • Powered by 12 V battery or supplied 110V adaptor
  • Supplied with mounting bracket to allow controller to be removed for storage and security
